Shipping Policy
Every Dhaliora order ships directly from our warehouse in South Korea. Whatever you add to your bag leaves together in a single consolidated box — one shipment, one set of fees, fewer parcels in transit.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping rates & free shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders over $60 ship free with express delivery, worldwide. Below that, a flat express rate is shown before you pay — no surprises at the door.
Delivery estimates
Typical door-to-door times after dispatch:
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom & EU: 7–14 business days
- Australia, Singapore & Asia-Pacific: 5–12 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees; customs and local carriers can affect timing.
Duties & taxes
Depending on your country’s rules, import duties or taxes may apply on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare orders accurately as required by law. Where duties are shown as included at checkout, that amount is collected upfront so there’s nothing more to pay on arrival.
Tracking
Track your order anytime from our Track Order page using the number in your shipping email.
Wrong address or unclaimed parcels
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Parcels returned to us for an incorrect address, or left unclaimed, can be re-shipped at cost or refunded minus the original shipping. See our Refund & Returns policy for details.
Lost or delayed shipments
If tracking stalls or a parcel seems lost, reach out through the Contact page and we’ll open a carrier inquiry and make it right.
Delivery windows and rates are provided for guidance and may vary with carrier and customs conditions.
