Orders ship from Korea as described on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates. Import duties or taxes, where applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility.

Because these are personal-care products, returns are governed by our Refund & Returns policy. In short, we accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect when reported within 14 days of delivery.
