Our take
Most 'stem cell' shampoos bury a drop of conditioned media behind a wall of filler. This one doesn't — the actives are dosed to matter and the base screens clean at 9.5. If you want a genuinely active daily scalp shampoo for thinning-focused routines and you're not fragrance-sensitive, this is the one on our shelf we'd reach for first.
