These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of dhaliora.xyz and any purchase you make from Dhaliora (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Overview
Dhaliora is an online shop that curates and sells beauty and personal-care products, shipping internationally from South Korea. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional policies referenced here, including our Refund & Returns, Shipping, and Privacy policies.
2. Eligibility
You must be the age of majority in your place of residence to use this site, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Products
We work to display product colors, ingredients, and details as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that your device shows them precisely. Ingredient lists are provided by manufacturers and may change; always read the packaging before use and patch-test where indicated. Our products are cosmetic and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.
5. Shipping
Orders ship from Korea as described on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates. Import duties or taxes, where applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility.
6. Returns
Because these are personal-care products, returns are governed by our Refund & Returns policy. In short, we accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect when reported within 14 days of delivery.
7. Intellectual property
All site content we create — text, design, logos, and images — is owned by Dhaliora or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Dhaliora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time; the current version is always posted here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
