    Your friend saves $10 on a first order of $40 or more. As soon as that order ships, $10 in store credit lands in your account.

    There is no cap on referrals. Every friend who buys earns you another $10, issued in your own market currency.

Store credit applies to product totals, not shipping or duties, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Referral credit is issued after the referred order ships and is reversed if that order is refunded. Referred friends must be new customers placing a first order of $40 or more. Referrer credit is issued in your local market currency. One welcome reward per person — the signup credit and the referred-friend discount cannot be combined.

When exactly do I get the credit?

The signup credit is added to your account as soon as it is created. Referral credit is issued once your friend's order ships, not when they place it — that gap exists so a cancelled order does not generate credit out of nothing.

Is there a limit on referrals?

No cap on how many friends you refer. Each qualifying order earns you $10.

What counts as a qualifying order?

Your friend must be a new customer and their first order must be $40 or more before shipping and taxes.

What currency is my credit in?

Credit is issued in your own market currency — £10 in the UK, A$10 in Australia, and so on. It is real Shopify store credit, not a discount code, so it does not expire in a week and you do not need to remember anything at checkout.

Can I stack the signup credit and a referral discount?

No. Each person receives one welcome reward. If you arrive through a friend's link you get the $10 off your first order; the signup credit applies to accounts that did not come through a referral.

What happens if the order is refunded?

Referral credit is reversed if the order that earned it is refunded.

Where can I use store credit?

On product totals at checkout. It does not cover shipping or import duties, and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
