My long-used cleansing milk at home was almost finished so I ordered this. It's not for me this time, but the person who uses it every evening says it removes makeup softly without irritation. Because it's a milk type, it doesn't feel rough when rubbing and there's less tightness after washing, so they keep reaching for it. Having two means we'll have enough for a while.
I'm combination—my cheeks are thin and dry but my T-zone flakes a lot. My biggest problem was foundation clinging to and lifting off on those flaky spots. I wondered if I should exfoliate more, and tried scrubs, but they just irritated me so I stopped. I found the Blue Soothing Panthenol Milk for gently loosening flakes during cleansing. The texture feels like a lotion but glides like an oil, so I can roll it over flaky areas with less friction. I used it every evening for about a week and my T-zone flakes noticeably softened. In the morning the areas where foundation used to lift have definitely reduced. My cheeks are still dry, but they don't feel tight after washing, so I'm satisfied there too. If you're worried about foundation lifting because of flakes, I recommend changing to a gentler cleansing product before trying exfoliators. This could be especially helpful for people who gave up scrubs because of irritation, like me.
I tried it before and it was fine, so I ordered again. It rubs on softly when washing and leaves less tightness afterward. With two bottles I'll be set for a while.
